Excellent hotel with amenities like free wi-fi, a bar/lounge area, and a fitness centre. I remember the staff helped me find my lost jewel on my first stay. I highly recommend making use of the wonderful breakfast options. I’m returning for business soon!

I was impressed by the really good variety at breakfast, featuring everything from fresh pastries to a juicing machine for making your own healthy drinks. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to the Funicolare and local restaurants, enriching the travel experience. The beds in my room were comfortable, ensuring a relaxing stay after a day of exploring.

Just spent 3 nights in a lovely Classic Queen Room. Awesome breakfast selection with a juicer! Super easy to explore local spots too. The lift could be bigger, but overall, I’d definitely return to this gem.

The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport and close to the funicular that takes you to the charming old city.

I faced some issues with the air conditioning, which was unfortunately not functioning properly during my stay, making for an uncomfortable night.

The rooms were comfy, but the beds were not all that great.

i had a great stay at the signature collection! the location is perfect for exploring everything close by. breakfast was a real treat, especially the helpful staff who made sure the options were great. plus, the fitness center was a nice perk for keeping active during my trip.

We had a fantastic time exploring the quaint streets of Bergamo, and the hotel's location made it easy to catch the funicular to Citta Alta. The breakfast was truly a highlight, with a wide variety of options for everyone, including the kids.

My kids wished there were more activities to keep them entertained while at the hotel.

Loved the location! It’s super near the bus stop for the airport, only a short walk. Breakfast was awesome with lots of options, including a cool juicer for fresh juice. The only thing is, some noise from the street came through at times. Staff was friendly and quick with check-in, making it an easy stay!

Rooms are modern and well-equipped, featuring comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The breakfast selection is diverse, including some vegan options which were a treat. The location is a bit noisy due to the busy street, but the acoustic isolation in the rooms helps mitigate that. The checkout could be more flexible as the 12:00 checkout felt a bit rushed.

Just a fitting option for a short visit in Bergamo with all in all brilliant value for money. The staff was friendly and helped with directions to nearby attractions. Make sure to try the breakfast – it’s really good!
